Thanks for the tip, old pal.

Don't worry, my competitors won't find out...there's nothing that can't be removed by this and a bit of elbow grease...

Yes, it is. (toupe) I just looked under, it does have two holes for the mount. Interesting idea. I like to stand and swing the bike side to side when I am climbing or accelerating or sprinting - having additional weight on the seatpost/saddle and water sloshing around...hmm. But's that an option, thank you.

I use the TwoFish mount with zip ties on a frame. Easy on and easy off.

clearly you need a Silca Impero Ultimate along the seat tube. painted to match, of course.

I use one of these on two different bikes that only have one set of bottle bosses and I've been very happy with it.

What a score. I Have a ridden a few miles next to this bike and it's fine former owner. If that bike could talk it could tell you so many stories, the thousands of miles of Italian roads and mountains it passed often with the close company of a TDF pro and meeting his friends named Bernard, Mario and Greg...

paredown pal, I haven't thanked you for putting up the PSA for the Richard Sachs. I bought it from Angel in NJ and it arrived last Thursday. I had two rides in so far and it's been absolutely fabulous. Thank you again.

I decided to take it down. If you have read it before I did, hope it's taken in a positive light and can offer some help in the future.
When the Sachs showed up, I am fortunate that I haven't used up all my "discretionary bike fund" at that point. I had been pretty selective as far as what I would like to invest in and I don't pay retail so that sort of save up my pennies and use them only when it counts. I know better to say never but in all likelihood, that's probably the last PSA I will respond to. I had a really good run of late and it's time to let others have a chance. : )
