Bruce Gordon Refurb
I finally built up this ‘86 BG frame I purchased from another forum member. I outfitted it with mostly Nuovo Record components, an ‘85 Super Record crankset, Modolo Speedy brakes, and a Nitto cockpit.
The bike rides really nice. I took it on a shakedown ride and it’s already becoming one of my favorites. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Two things though. First, old school white bar tape looks great but gets so dirty so fast! Second where do you live that you can ride THAT gearing! (Kansas or Florida?) Last edited by witcombusa; 08-24-2019 at 07:44 AM. |

I was going to go with black tape, but sometimes you just have to swing for the fences.
I live in Sacramento, CA. It’s pretty flat for the most part. I ordered a 13-24 freewheel, though, which will make life a bit easier. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Bravo!
For some reason my eye was immediately drawn to that beautiful fork. It looks so perfect. Elegance. |

Always a classic steel frame to have in the stable. I have one in my stable but I need to get it out and take a ride in honor of BG.
