This part came inside my rack lock package. What is it and what does it do? Cannot find it in the parts list and a quick search came up empty. Or am I dumb and missing something obvious. Thanks

I am dumb. It's for the cable lock I purchased. To connect the ends. Mods feel free to delete this thread if you'd like.
