The internet is on Earth. Institutions regularly map the quality of care in countries around the world. Most are relatively objective. Here's a quickly acquired graphic that supports my statement: Canada has better care than the US, on average, but not as good as other countries. To be crystal clear, I don't have a significant bias one way or the other (I like getting fixed up when needed). I have also received healthcare in several countries. Here's a good place to start.
