Royal H
Hard to tell if it's the bike or the gravel that makes rides on this bike so fun.

Wow... that's killer! Share with us the build specs and details please!
You guys all finding that your gravel and road fit are the same? Just curious, I'm thinking of having my stem height a tad higher |

I had a basic idea of what I wanted, and he ran with it. I am enamored with the paint job, he really nailed it. Both Bryan at Royal H and Jordan at Hot Tubes are professionals and made the entire process from start to finish a genuine blast. From photos, to updates, they kept me in the loop. Gorgeous paint on this. Looks a bit like it's half submerged.

I sold my last road bike last year (Sachs ) but I just wasn't riding the road much. However I've realized that I needed something better than my hardtail to ride with my buds occasionally on the road and fondos.
Came across a NOS Salsa Warbird Ti on MTBR and the project started. Here she is: Built her up with Force 1x11 hydronic group bits except a rival derailleur. Bars stem and post are form a forumite. My local shop built my wheels: Dt 240 hubs laced to Stans Grail rims. Schwalbe 38mm tires. Can't wait to get this thing on the road and gravel tomorrow morning. Stoked! |

I've always liked that bike and have occasionally went looking for one. Too bad Salsa stopped making the Ti frame.
