It's the Fort Ord natural area near Laguna Seca Raceway. Luckily I have family down there that we visit yearly.

Not many rides left on my Ibis Hakkalugi before everything gets switched over to the Waterford.

This bike sure rides nice.

Ride to the city today.

Took the Sarto by OCS today for a ride down to the city. About a 30 mile round trip. Its was a beautiful day for a leisurely ride in Harrisburg PA. Mid 60s n sunny.

Insanely beautiful out here in Happy Valley today, low 70's with a brisk NW wind. First ride on the Ritchey Breakaway. It has been decades since I rode a steel frame. What a great riding bike.

First 20-degree day of the year. With sunshine. Perfect for an evening sunset ride. Was going so fast I flew off the road and knocked the speed limit sign akilter. Figured I'd take a pic since I was there anyway.

I'm not afraid to ride on gravel roads. I often throw a concession or two of gravel into my rides, just to mix it up. They're basically like rough asphalt if they're dry and haven't been graded. There's an elemental vibe to riding on hard-packed dirt that adds some spice to the proceedings.

Almost 80 degrees today!

First time out on the lake for a quick paddle with my wife Debbie, then a "Lucky13" ride around the lake on the Ahearne, now sporting Compass Snoqualmie Pass Extralights.

This is what remains of Mohegan Lake's "Baker Farm."
