and the Nation's League is the gift that keeps on giving

without looking, who's the best French-speaking country, the best German-speaking country, and the best Italian-speaking country left in the tournament?

Switzerland, of course, by upsetting Belgium. That said, a NED-BEL game would have been a real treat.

ZLATAN AGAIN!
"Zlatan Ibrahimovic has reportedly agreed a six month contract with Milan worth €2.2m.

The Swedish striker still has another year on his contract with LA Galaxy, but has been heavily linked with a return to the Rossoneri in January.

Technical director Leonardo met with Ibra’s agent, Mino Raiola, on Monday to try and discuss a deal.

Now SportMediaset is reporting that Ibrahimovic has agreed in principle to a six month deal worth €2.2m.

It’s not clear if there will be an option to extend that by a further season, and the Diavolo will still need to negotiate with the Galaxy".

Can it be true? Has Arsenal found some grit? Spurs were no pushover.

super fun game from Arsenal. Very odd the situation with Ozil, hopefully Ramsey signs and Ozil goes!

The difference in spirit from last year to this is pretty incredible. New manager = new life. MC won’t be easy to catch but 2nd or 3rd? Fingers crossed.

FYI - (On Tuesday, Liverpool vs Napoli in Champions League).

no offense, they need to drop Jorginho; he and Luiz are as defensively sound as the Maginot. the actual French mid-fielder on the team, however, plays proper defense.

i'll be watching LFC v Napoli on Tuesday. Really was hoping that PSG would get dumped out, but alas, it's either LFC or Napoli...

As i'm sure you know, the former is essentially Fenway FC

edit: Red Star could still dump PSG out, and i wouldn't rule it out, either
