Ryobi inflator - going to use mainly for cx but might be nice airing up new tires etc.

Also, super cheap at Home Depot right now.

Picked up a new Fire Stick for my bedroom TV and moved the old one to the Pain Cave (Basement Trainer Setup). Have Kodi installed along with several other apps so I can watch cycling movies etc when riding.

Haven't quite caught the Zwift bug (plus no power meter or smart trainer) so figure it's movies and music for now while suffering.

Next up - a trainer block to replace my dictionary/thesaurus setup. Hah.

It's going to be a really nice bike. My wife loves her R3. I retrofitted it with Di2 and it has HED Jet 6 wheels.

Came together great - can't wait to ride it!

Would love to see pics of the Di2 install especially how you retrofitted it.

Got one of these from Nashbar the other day for just $25. Great backup light for a great price...especially considering that an extra mount for a Lumina is $12.

And one of these too...great little knife!
