Inexplicably, my wife has gotten totally obsessed with the movie Bohemian Rhapsody.
(Not that there’s anything wrong with the movie, just that anything having to do with classic rock bands is *really* out of character for her.) But she loves the flick, discovered that she loves Queen’s music, and so has watched it on late night cable TV six or seven times now (!) And so their tune “Love Of My Life” has been my earworm for the past two weeks. |

This has been torturing me lately. I have to just give up on trying to play it becasue I am just not technically gifted enough to do it. But I wake up at nights with it in my head. This women does an amazing job of it.

Anna Stine - "Bicycle"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwnEVfes474 Nice whir of a bike chain in the beginning and throughout. An apropos song for the forum. "Lyrics Do you like to go for rides at night On your bicycle I run around in circles I run Just to find myself sometimes I toss and turn in bed at night But I wake up right Right on time Do you like to go for rides at night On your bicycle Do you find yourself oscillate between What’s wrong or right you know There’s no wrong or right you know" |

If you even remotely got into Concrete Blonde back in the day then you owe it to yourself to immerse in the Pretty & Twisted Album where she teamed up with some of the folks from Wall of Voodoo. Every song on this album is amazingly good in my opinion. Can't stop listening to it. Just be ready for a few dark songs mixed into the group.
