Today I was out on the Sancineto equipped with 8 speed Campagnolo goodness.

Even though the mountains didn't put on much of a show this year the valley floor is starting to show some good color.

Some really nice reflections along the shoreline early in the ride

Cabin in Huntsville

Spotted this beautiful Buick at the Shooting Star Saloon. Too bad it wasn't in good light so I could photograph it better.

Big ol' barn as you come into Eden

The old milk barn was looking so good this morning

Another shot of the Italian beauty I was out on today

We went to Mont Sainte Anne for the last MTB World Cup (supposed to say World Series nowadays) 2 weekends ago. I took the singlespeed for some fun on the XC trail network. I am already looking forward to next year. We are aiming for a weekend trip to Lake Placid the previous weekend to get our fill of World Cup mtb racing.

We are having spectacular autumn weather here at the NJ Shore
so I decided to finish up the refresh on the Zullo and get out for a spin.
I haven't ridden it since Eroica 2022.
Such a great riding bike.
I harvested some of the SR parts for the Derosa and replaced with NR and Victory stuff I had. Went with a white theme.
I am liking it.

Super windy ride today with 35 mph wind gusts. Very difficult to stay on the road. I swear I saw a pair of ruby slippers poking out from under a house!

Hey Max, where at the Jersey Shore do you live? I spend way too much time there in the spring and summer. Maybe we could meet up and ride old bikes together sometime.

As Tim from Maryland mentioned above, it's really windy in this area today, extending down to the Shenandoah Valley. Also incredibly beautiful, the air has been crystal clear for the past several days, so that even that famous Blue Ridge haze is minimized, and the mountains appear green --and lots of other colors, too!
Because of the wind, I opted to ride in the valley instead of on the mountains. This picture was taken heading up Boliver Road, a lovely little road that climbs a short ways and acts as a low-ridge bypass to Fort Valley Road for a few miles. If you ride out here a lot, doing the Skymass route or somesuch, I recommend being on the lookout for Boliver, it's a really nice detour. Adds a few hundred feet of up, but well worth it! Also a great access point to lots of unpaved roads in the area.
I've been struggling with extreme fatigue for the last two weeks or so, but I pushed a little harder today and felt pretty good, so hopefully there is light at the end of this sleepy tunnel.

The road I live on, a quarter mi from the driveway. Beautiful fall day spoiled only by 35 mph gusts.

Very nice morning for a ride on Skyline, provided one dressed appropriately. I forgot my cummerbund at home, so turned around at mile marker 8.

Hey, I am in Neptune, just west of Asbury Park and Belmar.
It would be great to get together and ride old bikes.
Dm me your details.

This morning I said the heck with the screwed up fork on the Olmo, swapped on the gold Shamal Ultra's I bought for it, made a minor "change" to one front dropout to try and diagnose the problem, and headed out. Cool most of the ride but so nice out. The bike felt awesome with the Shamal's on it. As long as you kept your hands on the handlebars. If you didn't it would take a hard left immediately. I really gotta find a frame guy to send the fork to. The bike is just too sweet not to be right so I can truly enjoy it.

Yep, on this one the black decals are lined with gold so they seemed a natural fit.
