B4 Ford: where in the heck between Santa Cruz & Pacific Northwest is that rotting sedan (although the paint job is holding up well) photo taken?

20 miles with my wife on a sunny, but windy, day in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

A little gravel

...but mostly paved

Evening hour with the Chinese traveler. Southern black forest view westward across the Rhine into France. Time to break out the lights!

Taken at the start of a local (NJ) bike club's End of Summer Century. I look way too happy. Either I really love my Rufus or the stranger who took this picture photoshopped my face in post-production.

And here's one from the pee stop today. This might be the first picture posted on Paceline of the Ritchey with the Force AXS and HED wheels.

As one guy on a Supersix Hi-Mod said, 'Mike, taking that bike on this ride is the ultimate troll.'
Dude on the Trek in the picture has actually done 20 mph+ rides with me and the Rufus many times, he's my #1 riding buddy this year.

Had another day off today so I took out the 80's Gianni Motta "Giro d'Italia" bike. It was a perfect day out and the Campagnolo 8 speed setup I picked up here worked great as usual. Cruise some taking pictures but also did plenty of miles pushing the speed out of the pink beast. Of course when I ride it I'm decked out in a pink jersey, socks, and gloves. LOL!
