Thanks. Doriano and Martina do incredible work. It turned out really nice. RAL 6027 (light green) and RAL 4008 (signal violet). The light green is really close to Celeste Green. A bit more blue in it. But it turned out nice. Brushed titanium for the stays and the forged titanium stem and it will have a matching brushed ti PMP post on it.

Is it similar to the additive 3D manufactured stem made at Sturdy Cycles?

It's a forged titanium stem. Shape wise, it's really close to the Zipp stem. Which isn't a bad thing. This is only in a 6 degree angle though since it's forged, it's limited size wise. Beautiful looking and more than stiff enough.

I have a ti parts maker in Europe who makes them for me. It's a 3/2.5 forged titanium stem and faceplate. We don't need to do 6/4 since it's forged. There's no grain structure to worry about where things would normally fail. And obviously no welds for it to fail at also.

It is a little bit heavier than a welded ti stem though. A Moots ti is about 170 grams for a 110mm stem. This weighs 175mm for a 110mm with titanium hardware. I'm working on some ti-anodized stems and a black oxide one. But they come in bead blasted, brushed or polished finish normally. No graphics. 90 to 130mm in 10mm increments and a 6 degree angle.
