Thanks, and ERK got it right--the post is a Bold Precision 30.9. I got it here on Paceline years ago now and even picked up some silver side plates from Albert Bold in PA in case I want to switch them out.
The Serotta Classique frame is also from Paceline--I found it here 7+ years ago and it's been fantastic for all kinds of riding. |

No, not a Firefly post. Yes, the welded top looks similar to the older Firefly posts.
But look closely at the seatpost just above the rear tail light and you’ll see that the post tapers down in diameter (like the old Campy “aero” seatposts). This feature and the mounting hardware are typical of the Bold posts. (Unless of course Firefly made posts which tapered in diameter). |

I think the green decals look good on that darker Ti too. The frame originally had red, but these replacements have been bombproof. Velocals did a nice job.

My "latest and greatest", of which, it is neither. A completely different set up for me. Due to physical problems and limitations, I can no longer do drop bars. I am a bit surprised by how much I like riding this bike.
