I’d be doing that, too, if I was at home (with a Phil Spector chaser).
I saw the Stray Cats in their infancy and Brian Setzer some time after that, so I took in the Christmas tour when it got closer to home. Unbelievable musicianship from the entire band.

Woke up this morning with Paul McCartney's "Monkberry Moon Delight" stuck in my head.

Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely tune ...and I generally don't say that about very many McCartney tunes. But it's status as Inexplicable Earworm has diluted its appeal for me today. Might have to listen to the whole thing a few times over to get it out of my head.

I've got Bruce Springsteen on the brain.

I watched the Netflix 'Springsteen on Broadway'--which I enjoyed thoroughly. Then a friend lent me the long bio (from which the show was excerpted in part).. interesting read. So I've been letting Alexa DJ a stream of Springsteen and E Street band, and whatever else gets into the mix.
