This guy was snuggled in for a nap right in the middle of the trail this morning — probably spent the night there and was taking his time getting out of bed. I shooed him off the trail so nobody else came by and stepped on him by accident.

Hi angry pal, it gets up to triple digit by noon, so our ride starts at 7 and ends before 10:30. It's been like this non-stop for a couple of weeks now. New normal.

Fortunately for me, I’m not Wheeless.

I’m really surprised at how reasonably quick and comfortable this bike is for being a 23 year old aluminum frame of questionable design. I dare say that that I love it.

27 miles with my wife on a hot day in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia - third weekend in a row that we rode by one or the other of the two local plantation, historical sites.

Did my first ever 'real' gravel ride yesterday and shot this a few minutes into my ride. I've done a well groomed rail trail numerous times, but this time I went deep into Bedminster on real dirt/gravel roads. Now I understand why it's so appealing!
