Rim Brake Perfection, lets fan boy yours..

This is currently my only rim brake bike. It’s my new Richard Sachs that I’ve recently gotten. Still dialing it in,but getting there.
Absolutely amazing ride and I still enjoy rim brakes. The supplied Campagnolo carbon pads for the Bora WTO wheels work great.

The latest perfect rim braked bike

The latest one built to be part of my riders.

90's era Waterford built Paramount with wonderful Dura Ace 7800 rim brakes.







Debating having some mid-depth silver rims laced to a set of DA 7700 hubs I have for this one to finish up the look properly in my book.

Love this thread-highlights when bikes were & could still be, beautiful. I can’t think of a current carbon fiber wonder bike that can be termed beautiful. Maybe faster but not more interesting,
