Normally riding in the high 30s/low 40s is fine for me but coming after the recent days in the 70s it felt much much colder, time to head over to the Winter Gloves thread :-) In the distance: Lake Solitude (High Bridge, NJ)

Man, I miss riding in the rural Northeast. When there's not snow and ice on the ground.

Yes, it is nice to have so many rural, quiet roads with great scenery and interesting destinations. Pics from last 2 weeks of riding. Snow and ice to come.

Here are more photos of the bike. Mid-trail, 650b, fenders, front bag by Gu-watanabe or Waxwing. Built by Clockwork bikes for me a couple of years ago.

The photos are from rides in Lyndeborough and Jaffrey, with a view of Mt. Monadnock across a pond. Lots of low-traffic paved and unpaved roads in this area.

I thought it looked familiar! I lived one year in Winchendon, MA, just over the border south of Jaffrey. Crappy job, great riding.

Hummus Aquinas, Clockwork bikes is the name of the bike and the business of the very skilled framebuilder and toolmaker, Joel Greenblatt. Jorn Ake recently put a very interesting post across the hall about this builder: https://www.velocipedesalon.com/foru...ker-57283.html. Joel Greenblatt looks, to me, to be a very skilled frame builder for sure.
