[QUOTE=cgolvin;3169055]Saturday was Rapha Prestige Santa Cruz. The usual combination of enjoyment, exasperation, and sense of achievement. Weather was challenging at times and I really could have done without the one really muddy section that ruined what would have otherwise been a fun long dirt descent (one of the photos is of one of my teammates who had to go full cyclocross after accumulating so much mud in his mid-reach brakes that the bike wouldn't go). Santa Cruz is such a fantastic place to ride and it was great to discover a few places I didn't know before.

Looks great!

Indian Summer continued today but with hurricane Nicole arriving tomorrow looks like this is the last of the beautiful 60F days until...? Absolutely blue sky.

Got lost in the woods looking for a shortcut to Bradley Palmer. Tried asking directions to some lady in a Land Rover with a fat stack of pearls and personal license plate that read 150, she seriously rolled up her window, turned her head and looked away.

The fatbike will be out soon. Hoping to get out for a little road ride later if possible before the snow flies! Riding with MHCC tomorrow.

43 miles with my wife in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and up through Summit Point, West Virginia - the time of brown fields and brown trees is upon us.

Another 70F day here in NJ. Amazing riding for this time of year, but the bottom is supposed to fall out tomorrow for a while i think.

Took out the fatty after the rain died down. High 40's this afternoon in the southwestern Adirondacks.

Enjoying some downtime on the bike while visiting my parents in Melbourne. They have a really nice network of bike paths and trail system that go everywhere around the city. But they had quite a bit of rain in recent weeks, causing the yarra river to overflow and flooding in some areas.
Every now and then, while riding, I would encounter a closed section or bridge.
