Road - 19, 20, 24, 30, 32, 35... whatever. Get outside. Get some exercise. Breathe some fresh air before we completely kill the planet. ebikes are fine if you need or want one. Dad bikes rule. Skinny 70s/80s steel rules. Want carbon? Absolutely go for it.

MTB, gravel, CX - same. Just Do It.

Or swim, or hike, or play tennis, or do yoga. Walk your dog.
