The Atlantic is quite so it was a great weekend for out playing in the woods -
Saturday: Off the beaten path. Amazing fall weather. Uncharted (probably private) roads on the OPEN.

Crappy weather today - I had to get out early and stayed close to home for single track'n and leaf peep'n on my new 429.

Yes. I can definitely tell a difference in feel and you will as well after a few pedal strokes. The pedal stroke just seems more fluid. You don't notice this with a normal RD cage until you try the OSPW. Give it a try, it will make more sense. As for watts. IDK about that but it feels good so does that transfer to higher watts?
