I ordered that custom frame in early 1972, with Sheldon Brown's help, from a person who put together an order with Bob Jackson for 4-5 frames, and built each bike up complete with components. I was 18 when it appeared in July 1972.

Thanks, Steve! Since this thread is my only regularly updated outlet on social media you're getting a very curated version of it, heh. I mostly ride my bike to work and every day I do I'm genuinely surprised I make it back in one piece. Any riding on the weekend better be fun as hell, no suffering..

Hunterdon County, NJ - Yesterday was a near perfect day for cycling.
And the faithful 22. This bike is awesome. Veloflex tires are proving to be super durable through some very real abuse too...
