From a little cruise around PGH.

Should I get rid of all my other bikes and just keep this old Stumpjumper?

I had to take the Firefly out today to remind me why I do not need to buy that stunning Kirk in the Classified despite the fact that it would fit me perfectly!

All the greenness is wonderful yet there is a hint of red here and yellow there in the trees along the rural roads here. The past few rides I have seen groups of Sand Hill cranes and Canada geese, sometimes 8 or 10 and then today this group of 25-30. A couple of the riding group are talking about closing up their houses and heading south. It's coming ........

Not my ride

This happened during one of the first few days of my son's ride on the GDMBR, riding south. I told him I couldn't understand why they didn't just ride it

Concur. This, atmo, is how it should be done.

These past few years, I've started riding with a frame bag, and cargo bibs...so that I can wear a t-shirt and ditch the stupid jersey.

A tight fitting jersey and beer belly are not a great combo for anyone to behold.

Chapeau H!
