Beautiful sunrise in Bethany Beach, DE. Bike is looking pretty good, also. I am really liking the Zeppelin with the Porteur handlebars. This has been my ride since making that change. IMO, still looks fast and sporty, but the comfort level, which was already good, is excellent. The set up has lessened the pain/discomfort in my neck and shoulders, and very much helped to alleviate the numbing and tingling in my hands. However, the most relief has been to my arthritic left thumb.

Headed out to the Olympic Peninsula last week to do some camping and riding.

[1] Camped along the Strait and this was right below the campground
[2] Rode the dirt road up to Deer Park. About 4000' gain. Tough. There's the view from the top.
[3] Rode along the north side of Lake Crescent...
[4] ...and some small backroads nearby...
[5] ...and farther along the Olympic Discovery Trail.
[6] Also did an overnight backpack out to Second Beach.

Wow. I've been wanting to get up there (I'm in PDX) for some riding.

Looks so great! I’ve ridden the San Juans but have not made it to the peninsula. Such great photos—I sure miss those shady PNW rides this time of year. In AZ now—you don’t want to ride without your sunglasses or you’ll burn your retinas.

And here I'm wanting to get down to PDX for some riding!

...it was pretty awesome, no doubt. I'll probably try to get back out there at least once more this summer. I need to pick up a map of the legal national forest roads, because it looks like there's a slew of great options for gravel/allroad/monstercross bikes, depending on what you want to bring.

Only grabbed one shot of the Klein on today's 32 mile ride.

Not sure what to say

Passed this on a building that was being remodeled. I assume it indicates a positive pressure inside the building

Finesville and Carpentersville, NJ

Climbed over several ridges to finally drop down into tiny Finesville; the first two photos are of different stone houses (the first was the mill) there. Then headed towards the Delaware river, then to Carpentersville which has excellent old lime kilns, now looking more like Mayan ruins. Then some riding along some farms.
