I made the mistake of clicking on a link over in another forum to some Amy Winehouse tune called "F**k Me Pumps"
Absolutely some of the most unlistenable drivel I have heard in years. Horrible monotonous go-nowhere melody, and some of the worst prosody I've heard since...ugh, I don't know, Jon Anderson's "Circus Of Heaven". But this Winehouse track was just heinous in how it made me feel like I needed to take an emergency antidote after having heard it. So of course, now it's stuck in my head.  Kill me now.

Don't flame me, but I was watching live Cochella this weekend and saw Tash Sultana and was knocked out by her talent. I think she is one of those rare people that is so totally submersed in her music and talented that she couldn't ever play in a "band" per se. anyway, here is her website: https://www.tashsultana.com/music

Have been dividing my time between Jack White's "Boarding House Reach", and John Prine's "The Tree of Forgiveness."
Jack's latest is innovative to the point of being weird, but once the tunes become familiar, the crazy blend of styles has an energy all it's own.
