I've ridden Alpenrose. First time around is a bit hairy with those super steep banks. After that it's a blast.

Pro tip

Make sure you stay at traction speed at Alpenrose. I slid off the bank my second time out there (I was in a Paceline but I am considerably lighter than those I was riding with!). Track is fun as hell though.

http://www.eroicacicli.com/gallery/r...-fiber-carbon/

"One of the very few prototypes ever made, definitely one of the rarest Rossin ever. Probably made in the late 80′s. Early carbon fiber construction, performed by gluing together the two fiber shell of the main triangle of the frame. A steel rear triangle is then integrated to the body. Design to challenge in time trial competition and breaking time records in velodromes, equipped with a pair of 700 and 650 disc wheels and an aero fairing in the front. The stem is directly welded to the fork crown, and the handlebar was made and installed to fit inside such fairing. A nice piece of carbon fiber frame history, that we’re glad to be able to share it with you. A bike rare enough to make it quite difficult in finding much details about it."

My 1940 Paramount, built up from an abused, spraybombed frame and fork. Crank is later Campy pista and stem is new production by Livery Design Gruppe (I'm looking for original Schwinn crank and stem).

Here's my dust gathering 3Rensho. Should find the time to cut it loose.

Previous owner put the PowerBar sticker on. And it's on there pretty good.

I'm not sure if this is an actual track frame or not, but I have always thought this Kinfolk is super classy:
