I am totally taken with Alleluia, the theme to the TV show Victoria by Martin Phipps and featuring my new fave singing group, The Mediaeval Baebes. I also find myself returning again and again to Dr Saxlove's version of Harlem Nocturne (first track in the 1 hr Jazz Noir program).

Sheer Mag. Check 'em out for some old school rock vibes in a modern Philadelphia-based band.

Scarlatti

This will bore the crap out of most here but I am a classical guitarist currently working on some of Scarlattis Sonatas transcribed for guitar. As such, I am listening to a lot of Scarlatti. I picked this one because it is particularly beautiful, mercifully short, and curiosly, being played on a guitar I used to own.

These are my top 5 at the moment. It's a somewhat ecclectic mix, but I don't think most people listen in genre. Niel Young's Out on the Weekend has been stuck in my head pretty solid for the last two weeks. I think it's a nice goodbye to winter.
