I ended up printing a wider version with pre-drilled screw holes.

I’m not sure if I can relink the attached images.

I made a pump peg bracket for my Surly a while back.

Dynaplug mount

Here's a dynaplug mount I designed in 3 parts to avoid overhang or support. Makes one-handed access easy, since my other hand is busy keeping the air from escaping the punctured tire. Up in tinkerCAD.

Garmin ahead undermount of knog(ish) bell and light

Designed this one to print at 45* to avoid supports. Holds a Knog-like bell, added a trail-bell feature to alert hikers, and supports a 14500 cell light.

repurposed DMLS parts

A good friend and employee at Moots that I hired 20+ years ago made me this "coat hanger" for my birthday this year. Reminded me of the work I did on this dropout project for the first Rout RSLs. Prototypes and some production seconds mounted to a custom CNC'd plate he made.

July bicycles

Not mine (sadly) but really nice printed mandrels for carbon tow winding of tubes from July bicycles. Videos with description on Instagram are awesome.

A few more double wheel hooks for wheel storage in the new bike cave.
Then some hat/helmet hooks that attach to anything with a Command Strip. Finally, an Apple Watch band holder to keep things organized in the non-cycling closed.

GoPro tailcam

GoPro wide angle dashcam, or rather tailcam. Mounted at a wonky angle to capture illegal close pass car's front and rear plates with the field of view maximum corner to corner. Tethered for safety, but the ABS print has held up for several months on some bumpy routes. External battery pack holds 2x 21700 cells for more than 5hours record time.

Printed a few bike related things today.

1.) A bontrager light storage strip. New bike room in progress!
2.) A few Bottom Bracket removal bits, one with a 3/8" socket mount to remove a chainring from my RaceFace cinch crankset.

Pics!
