Since he’s deferred any comment until after the projected /rumored “closing”
date and it seems that TPC has been looking for a buyer, its a possibility. Trend of late with original owner(s) buying back their companies.

I had a bunch of the Ekar stuff in my cart as I was trying to rationalize building up another bike around it. I came to my senses and let it go. I did pickup a pair of Quoc Escape Lace's. I hope the fit is just like the Gran Tourer.

I feel like if they had kept it at the scale they were operating at before the influx of VC money, they'd be better off. Or maybe not. Feels like Carvana, though.

I'm very tempted by a bike they've got stupid cheap. Anyone pulled the trigger on a bike from them in this sell off?

Very low inventory. Am I searching correctly? Click on Road bikes, and there are only 23 of them left, inclusive of all brands and sizes?

This play feels like selling it back to the old owner to me. Sell all the inventory for whatever you can get FAST. Reduces the inventory costs for a sale, and limits the amount of dollars spent to the VC guys on labor while trying to extract as many dollars as you could if you took longer on the sell off.

The business is inherently designed for this because it’s not like they have complete size runs to move through of any one model. The inventory is made up entirely of a Motley Crue of sizes, colors and specs.
