Agreed, glad Clean and Andy got some good shots after so much of the season with fires. I haven’t been in Central OR in a long time, but miss the views

Agreed. It's pretty hilarious how at least two of them appear to be staring directly back at Andy. haha, they look super friendly.

Cragsmoor Stone Church, this past weekend.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cragsmoor,_New_York Pictures don't do it justice (plus the climb fogged up my photo skills) |

Dan was yelling at me for stopping and taking this picture - he just wanted to keep hammering on and keep our speed up.

Spectacular fall day here.
The biking was good, and the paddling was fantastic. |

He's being facetious.. Andy kindly kept the pace reasonable over the last 20 odd miles when I was starting to fear the man with the hammer was coming. Seeing as I haven't done anything longer than 70mi since July, I was pretty satisfied with the pacing and results. Without that insane head/side-wind, it would have been a much different day. That stuff drains you, not just from the forward resistance, but keeping the bike upright and staying safe with traffic going by. At one point I looked down and was doing 300W+ to go 12mph on flat ground. At another point I swear Andy was leaned over at 30-deg into the wind. It's a ride I won't soon forget.

While I'm glad I'm no longer working at my old job in Sanpete county, I wish I could teleport back there and ride with you.

This particular trip was quite a bit higher--up around the Soapstone area above the Duchesne Ridge. So beautiful. |
