Swapped out all black bar tape for a splash of color to match my 10 year old son’s Felt road bike (hanging in the background). Added a bell for when we ride the boardwalk at the beach (this little thing is awesome!) and a PRO Discover Team top tube bag for extra fuel storage.

Like the look of that bell. What is it?

Diamant EL

Wishbone stays, chrome and cool lugs lured me to overspend on this Diamant.
It has some pretty rough blems, but should dress up well.

I'll post more pics when finished and line it up with my other wishbone steelies.

Swapping forks. Got the steerer cut and stem/bars mounted, but saving routing the brake line for tomorrow.

Finally had the time to route and bleed the brake line. Quick shake down ride and I’m pretty thrilled with this new fork. No. 6 fork from the good folks at No.22 bicycles.

Thanks! It's a really nice frameset and stem combo. Rear end has the same seatstays as my old Speedvagen and the bike fits a 38mm tire without issues. The lugs are gorgeous as are the little stainless features. Very impressed with the craftsmanship.

You're gonna raise those hoods up quite a bit, right?
