fly pal, well done well done.

Give it time, evaluate it on its own merits, don't try and compare with your previous ex's esp. the racy glamorous types. It's a paradigm shift.

30mm is perfect, anything bigger it may feel bobbly.

your weight is shifted further back than what you are used to so you may need to adjust saddle tilt again or entirely new saddle (try WTB rocket).

This bike will carry you all the way until you retire from cycling completely if you let it.

Enjoy!

Current pics-

Holy hell this thing is nice. Is Anderson building anymore?

his site says his list is closed.. I did reach out to him when I had this on the way and he sent me a really nice reply with a "how to care for your stainless steel bike" article..

this bike rides soooo nice!! I was really happy to get the 30mil tires on.. admittedly, they are a little less than 30mm when measured on the current wheels (around 28.5-29mm), but the wheels are so nice, I don't mind..

I'm very happy to learn that you heard from him, so presumably he's OK! He's not just an uber-talented framemaker but a wonderful human.

Della Santa

My new (to me) Della Santa, built with some old Campagnolo Chorus 9. It is just exactly right.

It's mine! Go for the steel fork. I hated the ride with the Falz v2 I put on it.
