So far, it's fantastic. I got it because I found I was riding my Space Horse (which I bought to be a commuter/utility bike) for more fun rides than my Emonda. The Emonda went up hills great, but it was a bit of a harsh ride and always felt a bit twitchy at speed.

So the Wabird seems very comfy. It's only about 2-3 lbs heavier than the Emonda. It's a bit slower up the hills. However, I'm setting a ton of PRs on all my local downhills. The Warbird is so confidence inspiring with the slower handling and 38mm tires. I'm also really down wit hthe 1x setup... even for road. I top out at about 26/27mph in 40-11, which is fine. 40-42 works because the bike is pretty light. Thanks! It is currently in competition with the Meivici I picked up this winter. I have another ti/carbon inbound, so the Seven may be on the block sooner than later, but it is a great bike!
