Krooj - I really dig that RL.

I was inspired by many bikes in this thread to put a pair of King r45 to mid depth carbon clinchers +35s and switch it up a bit. I'm 50/50 on the look of the rims on this one. Also swapped out stem and bars to match the bishop, those will be staying.

How do we feel about a gold headset?
Haha! That is awesome! I just got a pic of mine on what I think is the same counter. Its not for this thread though. I love the paint!

Maybe not perfect, but the Serotta CRT with GK32's rides pretty good.

I think this looks great — I’ve always liked the look of skinny steel tubes and carbon aero wheels (not sure why…maybe memories of what the first race bikes I saw on TV looked like?).

I generally dislike black bikes, but this is really well done! Did you consider swapping out the stem with a silver one to match the seatpost and brake calipers?

...or swap the seatpost to match the stem? Regardless, it looks great as it sits!

Thanks! I dig this bike, but what's the STA on that guy?

Interesting - I can never tell from eyeballing. My 'vagen is 72.8, this RL is 73 - seems like a good spot

No bite yet on the Classifieds so might as well enjoy some spring miles on the Vamoots with fresh tires, new tape, and my favorite bars (Zipp SL88). Corsa Pros come a bit undersized on these C15 rims (28c labeled -> 26c actual).
Still working on rewiring my brain for the Campy thumb lever…

slowly getting my new to me Anderson dialed.. had to switch out the saddle for now.. as nice as the Arione R1 carbon was (and so light), not sure it fits with my butt.. also, just installed some 30mm Corsa Controls on the C24 wheels.. they look to measure out to around 28-29mm with a little bit of lightbulb effect.. loving this bike so far!

Current pics-

clearance with the 30mm Corsa Controls (it had 25mm on it prior), I think this is the largest I dare to go-

so i finally got the Anderson out for a proper ride today, around 29ish miles.. I think this bike is going to work very well! Dialed the seat height in just a bit and called it good.. the only differences I made from how I got it is moving the hoods up a bit on the bars, changed the saddle, and put the 30mm tires on (and set my saddle height of course)..

a fine machine..
