This, but for all Aero road bikes.
Having seen a number of No.22 bikes IRL, I have to admire the attention to detail, but dey ugly af. |

I want one of these really bad. Can't afford a "regular" no22 much less this, but I do really like it.

I don't think the typical Paceliner is the audience for this bike.
It's pretty cool if you like the integrated aero stuff. They have plenty of more classic models, too. Good on them. Why wouldn't they push? Last edited by GonaSovereign; 08-22-2024 at 07:33 AM. |

I was able to see this in its raw form before it was finished. They did a great job transforming it into a bicycle frameset, but I much prefer the welded bikes they produce to this one.
I'm not sold on the 3d printing craze and would take any of the other bikes they make there at No22 over this one personally. Sent from my Pixel 6a using Tapatalk Last edited by Hilltopperny; 08-22-2024 at 07:36 AM. |

Price tag aside, this bike is 100% up my alley. I can only imagine a frameset will be $10k but if it was close to $5-6k I would order one and sell my Propel.

Got an email from No 22 this morning. Says they are “open for deposits” for the new aero Reactor. Won’t be produced ‘til late 2025, needs additional wind tunnel testing and manufacturing refinements. Frameset price is still not firm but will be somewhere between $10,000 and $15,000. Quite a variation. |

Also - before someone points out other framesets costing that much, I feel the same way about those, too. |

But also I expect the ride/performance to match, as the crew at No22 really knows what they're doing. When you look at it recently, these high end customs have really come down in price compared to when Serotta was charging $8-9k for a Meivici years ago. Now a standard SWORKs or top end Trek frame is $5500 and a custom from someone like Crumpton or others is around $6500, so why not $10kish for something that pushes boundaries. The gap is around the same as those Ottrotts and Meivicis back in the day. |

This is certainly not the bike for everyone, but for the cyclist for whom an extra $15,000 means nothing, and you want to have something that stands out on a group ride, you could do a lot worse than this.

Oh my aching back! Who can ride a bike like that with so much drop between the seat and handlebars? Looks like the seat tube is extended way up there and the seat can't be lowered much at all.

And then wonder why you can't sell it |
