Picked up this XL planet x tempest frame for cheap and built it with ekar and lightweight bits, with rack and 44mm tires it's just under 20lbs. I ride it with a separate wheelset with 55mm knobbies for single track.

Tubus airy titanium 355g... lucky to find one used, matches color of frame nicely. I regularly load 50lbs in it (really in just one big side-bag) and it's rock solid.
