Unior bits, snips, and torque wrench. No more guessing what 40 Nm feels like.

I bought a 3 plane laser level last week to do some tile and then this pops up.

Guess I'll know what I'll be doing next weekend...
Brilliant!

I think I have one of those lasers (long story)....I should pull it out and check my bikes....

I'd probably try to measure off the laser, get the horizonal plane from the front and then measure off the center from the vertical plane. Requires you to run around a little but should be just as accurate.

Tuesday Tool Thread

Just got these in the mail! Didn't come with anything to hold them so I'm thinking either peg board or I'll try making a wood block holder of some kind...

One odd thing is the long part of the 10mm is round and not hex shaped like the rest of the set.

I have a set of those, but non-ball-end. My 10mm has a round shank too, with a big step at the end to the 10mm flats. It works just fine obviously, but on 10mm hollow bolts like DUB crank bolts it’s a little annoying.

I have those, I found the short end too long and the long end too short, the proportions don't seem to work as well as my Beta ones. They're otherwise nice though, the short end just whack the tubes when you need clearance the most. Maybe that's just me because I have small bikes.

Maybe work on your bike some within the return period and see if you feel the same do you don't get stuck with expensive spares like me.
