I'm pretty sure that tuscanyswe knows what frame this is because he mentioned the unique rear brake cable routing. That's Bill Holland's signature Jet Vent just ahead of the seat tube. The frame is one of his Exogrid Jet frames which uses a modified Ritchey Breakaway system who's parts have been machined by Paragon. I feel fortunate to have stumbled on this frame in my size on eBay.

" Honest Dear, I wasn't really looking for a new frame, but this one is so cool and it's a Breakaway and it's my size!"

Do you just unscrew the rear brake from the frame to travel?

Yes, the rear brake is removed from the seat stay for travel and goes into the case with down tube/top tube/head tube portion of the frame.

Great pick up on the Felder. You must be a woodworker to recognize that. To the right of it covered in assorted bike parts is a 36" Oliver bandsaw, 1926 vintage.
