Already sold out of some combos. Guess I shouldn't have hesitated when I saw the price.

I get what you are saying cause it is "only" $40. But that is a 60% premium over a $25 Wolf Tooth clamp that is 20g instead of 32g.

You could even buy the Wolf Tooth Ti bolt kit for $13, and still only pay $38 and have a 15g seat collar.

But I get it, if you have a King headset and want to match, whaddya gonna do?

But if starting from scratch, I would argue that Wolf Tooth Headset and Clamp are going to provide better value and as good if not better engineering.

It's wild when Wolftooth MUSA bits are viewed as the budget option. King does a good job of making that happen.

Reading this thread tells me why some companies are charging $15,000 and up for some of their bikes.

Can we combine this thread with the discussion on the value of Silca crock-pots? Now, OTOH, if Silca offered anodized colors for their crockpot, then fuggedaboutit

No problem. Should have left your photo, looks good!

I'm glad CK is making these.

I wish they had a pink one!

Late thanks for reply.

Yeah makes sense and I guess my Wolf Tooth works the same but have had this style in the past where the barrel just floated and needed to be held when installing.
