I'm going to mount two side stubs and run 5 lights for that full on Rally affect.

it is made from coated waterproof materials but the seems are not sealed so it is pretty water resistant but not as water proof as a welded bag. Plus there is always a small gap between the lid and the bag so sometimes a little water drips in that way but the new one has some improvements that should help with that
