pikes peak

did pikes peak Monday..way tougher than mount evans.alot cooler than dallas too.38 degrees at the top at noon with 30+mph winds

Unusually cool. Good ride with good friends. Starting to like this group ride thing.








Nothing better than having someone offer you nice cold can of coke at the end, too.

Panzer Lite

A few of us got together and did this version of Levi's Gran Fondo, It's a bit shorter than the 'official' version but no less fun. Here are some photos:

On a whim, I did the version with Willow Creek dirt a week before this, started late, got caught by darkness w/o a light - not fun at all. Learned a good lesson there.

Not as fine of scenery as what you guys post, but...

It's been a good morning anyhow! My gym partner had to bail today so I thought, "hell, I'll just get the ol' SS in working order for a morning spin"

Jerry rigged a busted up saddle bag using a hair tie and toe cage strap. Pretty damn proud of that!

The sun was amazing this morning. How about that chalk art? And you just have to love terrible lock up jobs!
