Today was somewhat of an adventure ride, but I didn’t really stop for photos during the adventure part, which involved taking what Google maps called a road, but was at one point a muddy trail with a gate (it didn’t say no entry).

They're out to get you, better leave while you can

You want to stay alive, better do what you can
So boot it, just boot it.

Most wonderful escape up some of the local canyons today.

Low traffic in general because of the pandemic. No traffic in the canyons because they have not yet opened for the spring. Today was the first day that the snow had melted enough to make it up to the top.

Maybe it's the placebo effect, maybe it's the lack of traffic--the air was so pure, so clean; the sky was so blue. Today's ride destroyed my legs, but healed many other parts of me that have been stressed by the situation.

Hope that didn't damage the rim, or the brake bridge as it went around.

It's not in the sidewall, so just plug it.

Will have to check rim etc tomorrow
But nowadays the main reason to carry cash on a ride is for exactly this purpose

Maybe it's the stress about COVID-19.

Keep having these strange hallucinations while I'm out riding... I mean bizarre stuff.
