Claremont Wilderness Park

Claremont, CA 91711 on the east edge of LA County. An interesting network of routes, lots of fireroad and some singletrack on the Marshall Canyon side. Good for training rides and when time is an issue.

Nice,

Those hills around there are nice. I've explored a bit from Glendale through Pasadena and over that way but not too far up in the hills. My sister in law used to have a horse in Marshall Canyon for a while.

42 hilly miles through Virginia horse country on the Canyon with seven other older folks.

We had a lot of fun!

Took this picture outside Austin city hall only last week and then just saw this on the local news. Some genius had decided to set it on fire yesterday and literally burned to the ground. So sad.

36 miles on the Hampsten Gran Paradiso today. First ride this year on a bike without fenders. Felt fantastic. I am so so glad Spring is almost here. Birds seem to think it already is Spring.

I posted a pic of this phone a few weeks ago with my bike (somewhere here on PL) and it never even occurred to me until someone asked if it was functional about how weird/rare of a find this is.

Tuesday night is track.

Did a drop in for about an hour then about an hour class. Estimate about 60k. 60k on the track is long.

Sure is. I'd still be dizzy from it.
