Ridley X-Trail Carbon, first ride out with 30mm slicks. It'll be fitted with some 38mm Schwalbe G One tyres for gravel use.

That's a bike that definitely performs well on the road as well as dirt!

This is me.
A NOS BMC CX01 from the late 00's that i built up myself with cheap wheels and a Force 22 groupset. I regret getting the 53/39 crank and hate the brake chatter from the fork/avid shorty ultimate brake combo, but otherwise it has been good to me.
I have bluntly repaired the infamous seatclamp problem by drilling the frame/SP and screwed an 8mm bolt though.
With the newly mounted Panaracer Gravelking Slicks (38C @ 40psi) this thing is a blast, easily the best tires i've ridden.
