my fitness is in a state-of-emergency.

the luxury of waiting for sunny days to ride is long gone, so headed out to farm country NJ today for some mixed road/dirt miles. my legs are aching at the moment. scotch calls.

it's always hard to start a ride when the rain is coming down...

Not Sparcos, but similar style. Needed new tires desperately and decided to just buy some wheels so I didnt need to visit a tire installer, just thrown them on in the driveway.
