Thanks. I told my wife that I bought a frame I'd been looking for for years. She just laughed and told me I always say that about incoming bikes.

Lol. Had to chuckle. I think all women think this way. Sounds like my household. Great frame and love that color.

Just ordered a pair of DCR Wheels 24/25 for a brevet/rail-trail bicycle.

They're replacements... hit a monster pothole last summer on a 400km and dented both the front and rear rims.

Also buying from them enough Sapim DS alloy nipples to replace the aluminim DT squorx I built the wheels with. Setting up the squorx internally with the tool is amazing, but they are very soft and I've rounded others using an external tool.

Curious to know what this lux-o-barge weighs, please weigh before assembly, confident it will ride nice and be especially fast downhills, enjoy!

of moderate interest? frame-set as seen in the back of the 1999 catalog, stem has a cracked face plate hence the bar angle otherwise ready to roll in pristine condition (... i also messed up crank alignment when the chain dropped pulling it out of my car)

I didn't get a weight prior to building, for sure not light. Half of the heft is the paint! It took a lot of sanding and filing to allow for component install. Came to an even 19 lbs complete.

I'll have it out for a ride tomorrow.

I bought this Primal jersey. It's probably the first thing I've bought having no prior knowledge of but had been marketed directly to. I guess this is why Facebook makes so much money.
