If that's meant for me I'd say all of them. The bikes carry me for miles and miles and always brake just fine and keep me alive. Call me a fanboy.
In fact of all my bikes the only rim brakes not to work perfectly were on this Peugeot while it had the original steel rims. Talk about not stopping! But a swap to alloy rims with a dialing in of the brakes made all the difference for these too. Heck, just last Saturday I had an idiot in a F-150 turn right in front of me while I was doing 22-23 mph on the old Motta with the old Campagnolo brakes. The fool realized they were screwing up and stopped crooked across the road blocking both lanes. Somehow these old rim brakes managed to stop me big time and kept me from smacking into the truck. I call that perfection! |
