that inner box is nice. The most recent wheel I built, I put a little light grease between the rim and nipple head. Makes it easier to turn at high tension.

Finally an excuse to get a printer which I’ve been eyeballing for a while.
I also wanted an “inner box” for it that I can put inside the shuffler to flip the whole thing upside down.
So far I always dipped the spoke tips into oil but didn’t like how messy this was.
Now I can put a tiny drop of oil in the bottom of the nipples while they are in the shuffler.
No more oil on the rim, I know, OCD
Very nice work! Any intention to print a batch to sell to us non-printer-owners?

I would go for it too, especially the inner box.

Me too... more so after some enhancements. I haven’t used it for bikes though.

@fmradio516 Off the top of my head, I'm not sure.... I bought a variety of no-name and 3M "Roloc" discs.... this was a Scotchbrite type of pad.

I’ll have to admit, the standard chuck for presta valves is a little fussy. I have another hose/chuck waiting to be installed, but it looks like I would have to break the case open to do that and I’m guessing it would void any warranty.

I just lopped off the original and installed a new one... if I had to warranty it, I can reattach the original.

I wouldn’t worry too much about opening it up - there’s no tamper seal (I peeked inside for... another project). Also, Milwaukee has sent me warranty replacement parts for other tools that required invasive surgery to install.

Thanks for that. Now, is this the compact die grinder that you have?

It’s irrelevant if there is (at least in the US)
