Yes, it's a MBZ 600 limo. A guy in my neighborhood had a couple of them sitting in front of his garage for years, just gathering dust and rust, and they looked waaay better than that one.

I wouldn't bother with roof racks, just install fixed TA and QR pieces in the passenger area, it's big enough that you could probably fit at least six bikes in there (WAG).

It is a 600 Mercedes Pullman, from what I recall everything is high pressure hydraulics actuated: doors, windows sunroof, seats and trunk etc. Self leveling air suspension based on analog feedback. I would guess $250k is a low estimate to restore.
