Update:
Purchased a Campy 13-29 10 speed cassette, didn't use the 16 cog (still a 9 speed) Did not need to order a bushing, used a spare 13 cog as a spacer at the free hub. The 29 cog has a bump out (good) I did have to shave one more nylon spacer to keep the spacing correct. The bike shifts perfectly, ordered a 10speed chain, might not use it now. Hilly around here = 29tooth cog
