Compressor

The Bosch Easy Pump is USB rechargeable, so no batteries. It keeps the size down.

Ryobi pump

Ryobi sells an electric pump that works really well for bicycle tires and it is useful if you need to add air to your car tires. You do need to buy a battery/charger but their system is really thought out. (They make a lot of different power tools on their 18v system).

If it were me I’d buy a mid level Blackburn floor pump. Robust and reliable, okay it takes a bit more real estate but you get the benefit of a large gauge, good pressure output, and really how many square inches or centimeters are we talking about versus the “travel” options.

I have been taking my full size Blackburn pump with me on bike trips for years. Fits in a suitcase or Patagonia black hole duffel without concern.

I keep one of these in between the spare tire and the rear mat in my Subaru (zero impact to cargo space). Rarely used but always available if I need to air up a bike tire. I could even flip the parts in the head and air up the compact spare for my car if needed. I also keep a spare tube, some levers, and an old GP4000 in there along with car emergency tools

These things are great. I got one to pump up our trailer tires (mostly) and it attaches directly to the battery because it draws more power.

Just be careful with these small pumps. They cannot run continuously too long or they'll burn out. I loaned one to a young couple in a campground who woke up with a flat. Next time I wanted to use it, it was broken. Arrgghh. This one is built a little better, supposedly.

I picked up a makita 18v inflator and it handles all my car/bike/ball inflation needs and also keeps charge for what seems to be an infinite amount of time.

Just saw this pump on YouTube. It looks like a winner to me. It even has a digital gauge.
